A nice welcome of sites already visited

Because the well being at work of employees is one of our priorities, the employees of Totalenergies sites (Solaize, CSTJF in Pau, Feyzin, Flandres, Rouen, Givors, DR of Lyon, Saint Martin d'Hères, TRTG Gonfreville, Grandpuits, La Mède), which we visited, we were greeted with enthusiasm and they have already answered our survey in large numbers

And it’s not over...

Collectively, we will continue our deployment within many other sites... Who’s next?

Union Section Meeting CFDT TotalEnergies

A convivial moment where nearly 100 attendees from all TotalEnergies companies were able to exchange on the current issues for the CFDT.

Automn 2024

The TotalEnergies team of the French Democratic Confederation of Labor (CFDT) is proud and happy to welcome you on its new website. The CFDT is the first trade union organization for employees by its number of members from all socio-professional categories (employees, manual workers, supervisors, technicians, engineers, managers).

CFDT Energy Chemicals Federation covers all the activities of the professional branches of oil, oil trading, rubber. The General Federation of Mines and Metallurgy covers the auto industry part of our stations-services where we also have many CFDT activists.

The aim of the CFDT Confederation is to take into account the issues and demands of national and transversal level to all sectors of activity. The Unions also relay opinions and CFDT TotalEnergies coordinates and creates the link between these union structures and the Company. Some of our activists are part of the regional and national CFDT structures, which allows to have a vision as close to the ground and the opinion of workers.

What are our founding values?

Our actions are based on the values of emancipation and solidarity, rejection of inequalities and respect for differences, human rights, and freedoms.

These values are often seen as significant foundations for building a just, egalitarian society that respects the rights of all. We practice a democratic unionism independent of political parties and all religious denominations. CFDT is a reformist union that seeks to promote social dialogue and consultation with employers. It also encourages the participation of workers in decision making within the Company. TotalEnergies CFDT actively participates in collective bargaining with the Company’s management to:

• improve working conditions,

• promote the professional development of employees and preserve their rights.

It should be noted that the specific positions of TotalEnergies CFDT may vary depending on the issues and demands of the workers of this Company. Common concerns in the energy sector may include the energy transition, the safety of workers, working conditions or restructuring plans.

Our Collective Energy is at the service of the workers of TotalEnergies. We can never be right alone, that is why we adopt the creed «a just transition, your choice, our energy! »
